The Red Hill Press, Fairfax, CA. 1972, 64p., 6.5x10.5 inches, introduction, notes (glossary) 4.5x9.5 red sheet laid-in illustrated with original ink drawing signed D'Aurora Jan 74, this has caused offsetting to inner cover and frontis, otherwise a very good first English language edition in plain white wraps. Depestre was a communist activist in Haiti and fled in exile to Cuba from the Duvalier regime where he founded Casa de las Americas.
