Vicious Indian legislation: a brief analysis of bills now pending in Congress that ought to be defeated

Indian Rights Association, Philadelphia. 1916, Four-panel leaflet folded from a single sheet; two horizontal creases from having been folded for mailing; paper toned, short splits beginning at ends of the creases; accession numbers penned in upper left corner. No. 107, second series. The Indian Rights Association was an early organization former to defend the rights of Native Americans. Some aspects of its program have come to be seen as paternalistic in retrospect.
