McGraw-Hill, New York. 1963, 184p., hardbound first edition (so stated, with the numbers 38655 below First Edition slug on copyright page, all points matching Sisson page 106 and 130. Casebound in cinnamon-brown boards gilt-titled with a tiny flourish in metallic red, has a dust jacket. Limited edition of 2,500 copies. Head of spine is a little worn, with a touch of fray; textblock edges mildly foxed. Endsheets also mildly foxed or toned and bear ownership initials; leaves from p.25 through p.100 slightly damp-rippled along bottom edge. Dust jacket is severely silverfished, impacting graphic and creating a long irregular gap (more like mouse-gnaw); dj texts remain legible. As is, a good-only copy.
