Rider's California; a guide-book for travelers with 28 maps and plans

Macmillan and George Allen and Unwin, New York and London. 1925, lxii, 667p., [+ 48p. ads], preface, introduction, history of California, fauna and flora, notes on customs, bibliography, illustrated with 28 maps and plans, 13 color and folding, 15 in-text. A poor, ex library copy in worn library buckram. Includes a very large geological survey map of Yosemite Valley (which seems to be lacking in subsequent printings), so large that the binder has "stubbed" a space for it in the textblock; it will be difficult to handle having been much repaired with old document tape, and separations along fold-lines have developed since. A reference or reading copy only.
