The Address is a paste-fastened 9.5x6.2 inch pamphlet. Treaty is edgeworn and rumpled with old pencil notes within, while the Address is very edgeworn, with lacy silverfishing to margins of title leaf. 66th Congress 1st session; document no. 49. Wilson's speech is in support of the Versailles Treaty along with the text of the treaty
