n.pub., New York. 1966, [30p.], ex-library (from the New Mexico State University Library). Bound in plain yellow buckram library boards by "Bound to Last" out of Albuquerque. 8.5x11 inches. About good. Crease along length of all pages at centerCenter has an even group of stubs as if a section had been neatly machine-cut out, but the page count matches the OCLC holding (most likely a binder's stubbing to take up casing's width). Library stamp to fore-edges. "This dialogue was recorded July 1966, and printed using photo offset + mimeograph processes. This first edition is of 1000 copies" - p. 28.OCLC lists only one holding at NYU as of October 2014.
