Exile Editions, Toronto. 1992, 77p., text on tinted calendared paperstock, softbound in glossy 9x6 inch wraps. Entirely clean and sound, near-fine condition. Laid in are three (3) longish keyboard-set letters signed by author Waits (one taped-in at the back) with recipient's extensive holograph comments in ink; recipient was Ed Mycue who baby-sat many a poet. The pseudonymous Death is Israeli-born and long a resident of Canada
