Los Angeles Free Press, Los Angeles. 1968, 28p., complete in one section; 17.5x11.5 inch tabloid newspaper; generally toned paperstock and a long split along transverse fold that is continuous front and back: six inch front split wraps around spinefold to another six-incher across back cover, each area involving long folded margins that hide bits of text. No losses, as is, a good reading copy. Inside find interviews with Frederick (Fritz) Perls, and with KLAC talk-show hosts whose show was cancelled mysteriously; a montage of photos of Carl McIntire at a lectern; Loren Eugene Hall in the Free Press office standing in front of radical posters (Ho Chi Minh, Lenin, Lenny Bruce); Edgar Eugene Bradley (this a cover photo) strapped into a polygraph and surrounded by journalists); a Tijerina story ("Deputy Slain"); Janis Joplin & Co in Austin Tx, she is mugging for camera.
