Lower margin of cover leaf is damp-damaged, affecting to lesser degrees a half-dozen leaves adjacent. A fair copy, usefulness undamaged. Fr'instance, the town of Bray became Fruit Vale; this ingested by Oakland becoming a post office served by Fruitvale Avenue; finally Fruitvale Bart Station, currently a crimescene and a movie. An ad leaf lists 27 different different compilations, ending with "Sutter/Yuba Counties," the 27th.
