[Irwin, Will]

The Confessions of a Con Man As Told to Will Irwin

B. W. Huebsch, New York. 1909, 182p., publisher's ads, b&w sketch illustrations on inserted coated stock; hardbound first edition in red cloth boards gilt-titled and decorated with a 3.5x3.2 inch plate laid down. A good-only copy: head is bumped affecting all text leaves, but (curiously) not the casing, which is mildly edgeworn and rolled, spine a little faded, top edge dust-soiled, inch-long tear at the hinge of rear pastedown (possible bindery error) involving no loss of function or strength. True crime, genuine confession.
