n.pub., n.p.. n.d., 8x10 inch b&w photo of King and Jackson at the event where King gave his "I have been to the mountaintop" speech the evening prior to his assassination. Signed by Jackson, probably some time in the 1980s, "Martin, Keep Hope Alive!" Prince Hall Masonic lodges are the African American branches of Masonry. Jackson signed many photos, especially during his two presidential runs in 1984 and 1988. There are several photos of that time in Memphis,TN in existence signed by Jackson after the fact, including this photo and one of Hosea Williams, Jackson, King, and Abernathy standing on the Lorraine Motel balcony one day before King was shot.
