Imprint information from label pasted on verso of front cover. Related newspaper clipping laid insiude front cover with resultant toning of adjacent endpapers. At head of front cover: Court of Appeals of Kentucky. Braden was tried and convicted for criminal syndicalism. His crime was helping a young African American buy a house in a segragated area. This is Braden's appeal.
