A bit edgeworn, head and tail mildly crimped, spine lettering dim though legible, good copy, signed: bears presentation inscription on the ffep. Moreover, presentee has crudely glued to pastedown a rectangle of kraft paper author used as mailing label, and which bears Mrs. Lowenberg's holograph return and recipient's name (Mrs. Whitcomb) and address (Seventh Ave., the city).
