Criticism of governmental operations, first as a one-act Shakesperian playlet, then as a medley of silly epitaphs and proverbs collected serendipitously by one "Harry Broom." Upon being appointed to sweep out the Royal Library, Harry "found in a corner of the room a prodigious quantity of political pamphlets.."
