Small paper adhesion to title page, final leaf roughly torn along inner margin, a faint vertical crease bisects the pamphlet in toto; expect faint dust-soil and toning, and a trace of foxing. Reading copy that should respond well to rebinding. A prefatory note states "ten thousand copies" of this item were printed and distributed.
