A letter from the hon. Timothy Pickering, a senator of the United States from the state of Massachusets, and secretary of state under gen. Washington, exhibiting to his constituents a view of the imminent danger of an unnecessary and ruinous war with Great Britain. Addressed to his excellency James Sullivan, governor of the said state.

reprinted for John Joseph Stockdale, no. 41, Pall Mall, London. 1808, 31p., disbound, threads lost but held adequately by original bindery's paste, 8.1x5.2 inch self-wraps. Faintest foxing, a very good copy. The several American editions are well-represented. OCLC however lists no copies of this London reprint executed by "C. Barber, Printer, Fleet-street"
