Berkeley Citizens United, [BCU; Howard M. Shryock

BCU Bulletin, vol. IX no. 6 (June, 1969)

Berkeley Citizens United, Berkeley. 1969, 8p. bulletin, 8.5x11 inch sheets stapled at upper left, with a mass-produced cover letter by Shryock introducing conservative student activities by Young Americans for Freedom at Berkeley in the midst of radical turmoil. Notes that no media attended their rally in support of eating grapes (to mock farmworker boycott) because of the "Peoples Park revolution" going on the same day. Minor toning, paperclip slightly rusty, otherwise very good. Overview of right-wing campus activities, with an expose of James Forman, noting that the Black militant is married to the daughter of Jessica Mitford Treuhaft, identified as a communist! Much on the fallout from People's Park.
