Co., New York. 1904, xxiv, 443, [iv]p., titled blue boards; both joints splitting and fraying, clumsily reinforced hinges, amateur glue-job has adhered spine panel to textblock ("tight-back"), top of front board partially split from spine, ugly glue residue inside front board, ownership signature of Mulford Sibley. This edition of the utopian novel includes Alexander Horr's introduction. Horr went on to lead a group of anarchists to join the Equality Colony in Washington State [see Fogarty's Dictionary of American communal and utopian history, pages 53-4]
