Association copy. Bookplate of John Thomas Lee, personal inscription to him by the translator naming Mr. Lee as the inspiration for this book and another "Tales for Bibliophiles" which was made for the Caxton Club. Signed by Koch. 4-panel fine-print brochure laid-in.
