Background GmBH

Without a trace. Cover art by The angry brigade

Partisan Press, Seattle. 1980, 125p., the last twenty pages of which are an "annotated bibliography" of similarly useful books. Trade paperback, first English-language edition, wraps faintly edgeworn with a little tear at base of spine.. HOWEVER --nota bene-- textblock was sloppily "perfectbound" and is now completely detached from wrapper, block has come apart into four --oop, five--sections. The good news is that there's none of the damage that often accompanies, and professional attention will restore it perfectly (but spend some money on it) How police detection works so you will know what clues not to leave behind. "First published in German in Zurich in 1977.. This book was originally made available in the 'left jungles' of Zurich, as well as in a few bookstores in the same city. This [Seattle] edition enjoys a somewhat wider circulation, thanks in no small part to the wonders of American 'repressive tolerance'."
